Richard worked as a Project Architect on this project during his time as an Associate at Alan Higgs Architects in London.

International clients secured this four storey Kensington property, that required a major refurbishment. Realising the value of the remaining heritage features the clients brief was to retain the existing layout of the property on the upper floors, and to maximise opportunities to introduce natural light.

A large rooflight over the stairwell combined with the restoration of the existing historic features and a remodelling of the lower floors brought the home to life and unlocked the property's potential.
